This mural project was a Moonee Valley City Council initiative with the local youth officers. The intention was to include the kids in the design/concept process, and then help the facilitators (fellow artist Itch and myself) prepare and paint the mural. The project took place over 2 weeks in Jan 2016 and was gruelling work on 44 degree celcius days ( in a humid / heated pool room ) - but we all got there and results were pretty sweet. Not too many heckles from the senior pool patrons either :P
